The Jade is designed to be a little more stable for players who loved the Diamond, but as their game developed needed a disc that could handle a bit more speed. It sits very comfortably in the hand, with a good tactile feel to the plastic and it holds the angles well. You CAN turn it over but unless you really force it, it fades back at the end. A very nice, reliable, and moderately stable disc.
I came to try the Jade after falling in love with the Sapphire which has become by far my favorite disc. I am still learning the Jade but in a few instances so far the Jade went farther. It’s a little more stable than the Sapphire and I’m still adjusting my shots accordingly. Loving it so far and the gold plastic really dyes well! Thanks again Dr Kristy.
